Manage the KPI/ staff appraisal/disciplinary and evaluation process together with the management.
Ensure HR practices are followed and in compliance to all requirements of Government regulations
Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters related to Human Resources
Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues.
Any other ad-hoc tasks by Manager when necessary.
