Kelayakan

  • Degree in Human Resources or relevant field.
  • Minimum 2 years of related work experience is required
  • Strong spoken and written skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Must be well-versed with Malaysian Labour Laws
Tanggungjawab
  • To prepare Company's Handbook.
  • Handle full spectrum of payroll processing activities inclusing computing wages, bonus, allowances, overtime, claims, payroll deduction, advance payments and others.
  • Maintaining employee's personal files & update employees' information timely
  • Handle HR administrative matters. (Eg: Appoinment Letter, Memo, Evaluation Form, Disciplinary Letter, Show Cause Letter, Warning Letter, Performance Improvement Plan, Termination Letter)
  • Manage the KPI/ staff appraisal/disciplinary and evaluation process together with the management.
  • Ensure HR practices are followed and in compliance to all requirements of Government regulations
  • Liaise with government authorities and statutory bodies on matters related to Human Resources
  • Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks by Manager when necessary.
