- Handle end-to-end payroll processing using SQL HR/Payroll system.
- Maintain and update employee records (personal files, leave, attendance, OT, etc.).
- Coordinate the recruitment process: job posting, screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Assist in handling disciplinary issues, performance reviews, and exit processes.
- Ensure timely submission and compliance with statutory bodies (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
- Prepare HR reports such as headcount, leave summary, turnover rate, etc.
- Support training coordination, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives.
- Dealing with KDN & JIM for foreign worker permit application and permit renewal.
- Dealing with MPKj for hostel application.
- Knowledgeable in handling foreign worker,
