Responsible for the full scope of the daily HR operational
Handling full cycle of Performance management system (setting KPI, performance review, rewards and recognition)
Learning & Development (TNA, staff training and development, HRDF)
Handling Grievance and staff disciplinary matters (counselling, issuing of warning letters and conducting domestic inquiries)
Employee Engagement & Activities. Support the planning, organizing, and execution of company events, staff activities, and engagement programs.
Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Strong communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined.
Capable of multitasking and managing time efficiently.
