Job Description

To manage and support the full spectrum of human resources functions, ensuring compliance with labour laws, effective employee management and smooth HR operations within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Recruitment & Onboarding

Coordinate the recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting candidates, arranging interviews and assisting in the selection process. Conduct new employee onboarding including orientation and documentation. Maintain and update the employee database.

Payroll & Benefits Administration

Assist in payroll processing and ensure timely payment of salaries. Manage employee benefits, leave records and allowances. Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as EPF, SOCSO and income tax.

Employee Relations

Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Assist in conflict resolution and promote a positive work environment. Support employee engagement initiatives and events.

Performance Management

Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes. Maintain records of performance evaluations, promotions and disciplinary actions.

Compliance & Reporting

Ensure HR policies and procedures comply with employment laws and company regulations. Prepare HR reports and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.

Requirements:



Degree in Human Resource Management or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in HR functions. Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
