Manage end-to-end recruitment processes -- from job posting, screening, and interviews to job offer and onboarding.
Coordinate new hire orientation and ensure smooth integration of new employees.
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.

Support employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.
Address employee queries and grievances in a professional and timely manner.
Assist in organizing staff activities, events, and communication programs.
3. Performance & Talent Management
Support the annual performance appraisal process and maintain related records.
Track probation and confirmation reviews, ensuring timely follow-ups.
Assist in talent development programs and succession planning initiatives.
4. HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Prepare HR reports, letters, and documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
Manage HR systems, leave administration, and attendance tracking.
5. Compensation & Benefits
Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data.
Handle staff claims, insurance matters, and statutory contributions.
Assist in reviewing and administering employee benefits.
