Working hour : Monday-Friday (9am-5pm)
1. Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, hiring)
Coordinate onboarding for new employees (documentation, orientation, induction)
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
Liaise with hiring managers on manpower planning
2. Employee Relations
Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related queries
Handle disciplinary matters, grievances, and conflict resolution professionally
Support management in employee engagement initiatives
Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies
3. Payroll & Attendance
Coordinate payroll preparation with finance/payroll vendors
Monitor attendance, leave records, overtime, and shift schedules
Ensure payroll accuracy and compliance with company policy
4. Performance Management
Support performance appraisal processes and KPI tracking
Assist in probation confirmation, promotion, and increment processes
Maintain performance records and documentation
5. Training & Development
Coordinate staff training programs and internal development initiatives
Track training attendance and effectiveness
Identify training needs in collaboration with department heads
6. HR Policy & Compliance
Implement and enforce HR policies, SOPs, and company guidelines
Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements
Prepare HR reports, audits, and documentation as required
7. Administrative & HR Operations
Prepare HR letters (offer letters, confirmation, warning letters, etc.)
Maintain confidentiality of employee information
Support HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
