Job Summary:
The
Human Resource Executive
is responsible for managing all HR and administrative functions at the
facility management project site
, ensuring compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and client (e.g., JKR or government) contract obligations. This role supports recruitment, payroll, attendance, discipline, training, and welfare activities for site personnel, while maintaining effective communication between the project site and head office HR department.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR operations at the facility management site, including attendance, leave management, and manpower records.
Coordinate the recruitment, onboarding, and deployment of site employees (technicians, cleaners, security, etc.) according to project manpower requirements.
Prepare and update site HR documentation such as employment forms, confirmation letters, and disciplinary records.
Monitor employee punctuality, shift schedules, and overtime records for payroll submission.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues, and counselling sessions professionally and in accordance with company policy.
Support the implementation of HR policies, performance appraisals, and training programs for site personnel.
Liaise with the
Head Office HR Department
on salary processing, staff benefits, and record updates.
Prepare and submit monthly HR reports to Head Office and client representatives as required.
Organize and manage staff welfare, uniform issuance, medical claims, and insurance documentation.
Assist in mobilization/demobilization activities during project start-up or completion.
Job Requirements:Education & Experience:
Diploma or
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management
, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum
2 years of experience
in HR operations, preferably in
facility management
,
construction
, or
maintenance
environment.
Experience handling site-based or government (JKR) projects is an advantage.
Knowledge & Skills:
Good understanding of Malaysian labour laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
Familiar with site HR administration, time attendance systems, and payroll coordination.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Able to work independently at project sites with minimal supervision.
Other Requirements:
Possess high integrity, responsibility, and professionalism.
Able to work extended hours, weekends, or public holidays during critical project periods if required.
Availability:
Immediate commencement is preferred.
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
