Job Summary



The Human Resources Executive plays a key role in managing and executing HR operations to support business objectives within a fast-paced BPO environment. The role involves handling recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, training coordination, HR compliance, and general HR administration to ensure smooth and efficient people operations.

Key Responsibilities



1. Recruitment & Onboarding

Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various campaigns (mass hiring, project-based, and permanent roles). Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via multiple job platforms. Coordinate interviews, prepare offer letters, and facilitate the onboarding process. Ensure proper documentation and induction of new hires.
2. HR Operations & Administration

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records (contracts, attendance, leave, etc.). Handle HR documentation such as confirmation letters, transfers, and resignations. Support payroll preparation by providing relevant data (attendance, leave, overtime, etc.). Manage HR correspondences and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
3. Employee Relations & Engagement

Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and grievances. Support employee engagement initiatives (events, recognition programs, surveys). Promote a positive work culture and ensure compliance with company policies.
4. Performance & Development

Coordinate probation and annual performance appraisals. Track and assist in the execution of training and development programs. Support continuous improvement initiatives in HR processes.
5. Compliance & Reporting

Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, etc.). Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review. Assist in audits and policy updates.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of experience in HR. Experience in BPO Company is an added advantage. Familiar with Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems (HRIS, ATS, etc.). Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
