The company offers a diverse range of services, including wall decoration, wainscoting, fluted panels, SPC flooring, and comprehensive interior design solutions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Executive to join our team.

Responsibilities :

Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from job posting, screening, and interviewing to onboarding new hires. Work closely with department heads to identify manpower needs and ensure timely hiring of talent, especially creative professionals. Support in building and maintaining a strong employer brand within the interior design industry. Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and HR databases. Prepare HR-related documentation, policies, and correspondence. Manage employee attendance, leave administration, and payroll coordination. Support performance management processes, including setting KPIs, evaluations, and feedback sessions. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge. Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies. Support management in developing and implementing HR policies aligned with industry best practices.

Requirements :

Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR roles, preferably in creative, design, or project-based industries. Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and compliance. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism. Proficiency in HRIS systems, Microsoft Office, and recruitment platforms.
