Job Description

To handle staff recruitment which includes advertising, screening, assessment, orientating candidates. Maintain and update personnel files & employee master data Work with account teams to ensure accurate monthly payroll & submit monthly HR reports to management Assists department heads to monitor KPI performance, coordinate staff traning & coaching programs Handle disciplinary matters, staff counseling, grievance management, and employee relations in compliance with Malaysian Labour Law and Industrial Act. Lead initiative that aims to strengthen recruitment, retention & staff performance To perform other ad-hoc works assigned

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum w years of working experience (retail / automotive / service industry preferred) Strong knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills. Able to work independently, multi-task, and solve problems effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. High confidentiality, integrity & fairness in decision-making
