to manage end-to-end HR operations in Malaysia. This role is ideal for an HR generalist with strong experience in recruitment, employee relations, training coordination, and HR administration, preferably gained in an MNC or public-listed company environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, offer management, and onboarding
Liaise with recruitment agencies and external talent sources
Support workforce planning and manpower requirements
Employee Relations & HR Operations
Handle employee relations matters, grievances, and disciplinary cases
Assist in investigations, domestic inquiries, and HR documentation
Ensure HR processes comply with Malaysian labour laws and company policies
Training & Development
Coordinate internal and external training programs
Manage HRD Corp (HRDC) submissions and claims
Support performance management and employee development initiatives
HR Administration
Maintain accurate employee records and HRIS systems
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation for management
Support payroll processing, leave administration, and employee benefits
Engagement & Culture
Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives
Assist in HR communications and employer branding activities
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Minimum 5 years of general HR experience
Hands-on experience in
recruitment, employee relations, and training
Experience working in an
MNC or public-listed company
is preferred
Good knowledge of
Malaysian labour laws
and HR best practices
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office
Willing to work in
Klang, Selangor
