Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



1. Payroll Administration



Process monthly payroll accurately using QPAY. Handle payroll reconciliation and ensure compliance with local labor laws and statutory regulations. Prepare salary reports, payslips Manage employee claims, allowances, and deductions within SQL Payroll.

2. Attendance & Time Management (TimeTec System)



Oversee attendance and leave management using TimeTec HR System. Monitor clock-in/out records, tardiness, absenteeism, and overtime. Approve or escalate leave requests, ensuring proper leave balance and compliance with company policies. Generate attendance reports for payroll processing and management review.

3. HR Operations & Administration



Maintain and update employee personal files, HR databases, and records. Support end-to-end recruitment activities (job posting, shortlisting, interview arrangement). Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation and exit interviews. Prepare HR letters such as employment confirmation, promotion, and warning letters.

Requirements:



At least 1-2 years of HR experience. Proficient in

TimeTec HR System

. Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and statutory HR practices. Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
