Supervise the recruitment process from job advertisement to hiring.
Assist in payroll processes, staff allowances, and claims.
Act as a communication channel between employees and management for any workplace-related issues.
Manage training programs for new employees.
Maintain and update employee information in the HRMS (Infotech) system and employee files.
Handle employee documents, including work permits and training certifications.
Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
Possess a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resource Management.
