As we are expanding further, we are looking for dedicated and passionate

Human Resources Executive

to join our family.

You will be responsible

to monitor, problem-solve, and ensure company HR policy is followed across all employees

You will play an important role, such as:

- Job posting, advertising and screening resume.

- Managing the onboarding process for new employees, including documentation and orientation.

- Ensure timely salary payment and compliance with all statutory requirements.

- Maintain staffs personal file, records, correspondence etc.

- Managing employee benefits and staff welfare

- Assisting employees with career growth by offering development opportunities.

- Implementing and managing performance appraisal systems and feedback processes.

- Ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.

- Assisting in drafting, updating, and enforcing HR policies and procedures.

- Ensuring workplace safety standards and compliance with health regulations.

- Sundry purchase.

- Maintain ISO documentation and procedure.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:

At least a Diploma in relevant field. Required language(s): English (Mandatory) & Malay. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
