The HR Executive (Generalist) will support the Human Resources function across a broad spectrum of activities including payroll administration, recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, claims management, and general HR administration. This role ensures smooth HR operations and compliance with company policies while providing support to employees and management.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.).
Maintain payroll records and handle employee queries.
Recruitment & Onboarding
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interviews, and offers.
Coordinate onboarding activities including induction programs and documentation.
Maintain updated employee records and HR databases.
HR Administration
Manage employee files, contracts, and HR documentation.
Support HR policies and procedures implementation.
Handle HR-related correspondence and reporting.
Claims & Benefits
Process employee claims (medical, travel, etc.) in line with company policy.
Administer employee benefits and liaise with service providers.
Employee Relations & Support
Provide guidance to employees on HR policies and procedures.
Assist in resolving employee queries and concerns.
Support engagement initiatives and HR projects.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Min 5 years of HR generalist experience preferred.
Knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
