Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management and offboarding
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters
Administer payroll and benefits, ensuring compliance with relevant labour laws and regulations
Assist with workforce planning, talent development and employee engagement initiatives
Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data confidentiality
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
