Job Description

s:

Process end-to-end monthly payroll. Input data for new hires, key in payroll and benefits related data, staff movement, and salary adjustments in Payroll system. Setup new hire data into e-Leave system (shift and leave). Ensure data accuracy and well maintained in Payroll system. Prepare month end report to Finance (e.g., GL report, medical claims, etc). Ensure timely monthly statutory remittance. Assist in annual performance review exercise. Verify monthly shift allowance and overtime calculation, and key in to system before cut off date. Generate EA and send EA to resigned staff. Assist in Collective Agreement back pay salary and overtime computations to issuance of letters. Service gratuity computations to payout. Send out confirmation appraisals to new joiners (fixed term contract renewal/conversion, and staff promotion). Prepare movement letters (staff confirmation, and etc). Attend to any payroll related enquiries from internal stakeholders. Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resource Management, or related field. Minimum

2 years

of payroll experience, preferably in the healthcare industry. Familiarity with hospital working hours, shift allowances, and healthcare-related payroll structures is an advantage. Proficient in payroll software (e.g., SQL Payroll, Sage, AutoCount, HR2000, etc). Intermediate Excel skills. Strong data management capability. High attention to detail and accuracy. Strong confidentiality and integrity in handling employee data. Good communication and time management skills.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
