The ideal candidate will have a strong background in foreign worker recruitment, visa renewals, and general HR duties. This role requires someone with attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Oversee the recruitment process for foreign workers, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
• Manage the renewal process for foreign workers' visas, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Handle all aspects of employee documentation, including contracts, records, and relevant HR paperwork.
• Support the HR department in day-to-day operations, including employee relations and administrative tasks.
• Assist in managing employee benefits, such as EPF, SOCSO, and medical claims.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Prepare and manage employee leave records, annual leave requests, and attendance.
• Assist in the preparation of annual performance reviews and bonus calculations.
• Provide general HR support to employees and management as needed.

Responsibilities

• Minimum of 1 - 2 years of relevant experience in HR, with a focus on foreign worker recruitment and visa management.
• Familiarity with local labor laws and immigration procedures related to foreign workers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
