Candidate must possess at least Professional Certificate, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor\'s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.
Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate with all levels of positions, customer obsession, organized, meticulous.
A good and pleasant personality is a must.
Well versed in Mandarin, and Malay.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the full spectrum of the functions in the human resource department which encompasses payroll, manpower planning, recruitment, compensation and benefits, leave procedure, other employees related matters and general administration.
Ensure the company\'s policy, rules & regulations, and operations abide by local laws.
Responsible for foreign workers hiring to ensure all government requirements, workmen\'s compensation, renewal of passports etc. are done accordingly.
Communicate with different levels of management to ensure the smoothness and efficiency of the company\'s operation.
Recruits, screens and interviews employees to fill vacant positions.
Any ad-hoc duties assigned by Management from time to time.
