Hold a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in human resources.
Must be proficient in Bahasa Melayu and Chinese (or English), with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiar with the Malaysian Employment Act and related HR practices.
Tanggungjawab
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, and issuing offer letters.
Handle employee onboarding, offboarding procedures, and related documentation.
Assist in implementing HR systems such as compensation and benefits, and performance appraisal.
Maintain employee relations and act as a communication bridge between management and staff.
Ensure all HR operations comply with Malaysian labor regulations.
