Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, shortlisting, interviewing, and onboarding.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Handle payroll preparation, attendance, and leave management.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Support employee engagement initiatives and welfare activities.
Handle employee relations matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and counseling.
Monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
Coordinate training programs, performance appraisals, and career development initiatives.
Provide HR support and advice to management and staff when required.
Prepare HR reports and documentation for management review.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
