vivo Malaysia is hiring Human Resources Executive! s:

Manage the overall interview, selection, onboarding new hire process and closing process
Sourcing for potential candidates through job portals/referral/ headhunting
Conduct phone screening & interviews to select potential candidates that meet the job requirements
Relationship building with the internal hiring manager and working closely with them
Responsible for preparation and follow up on hiring documentation i.e. offer letter, personal documentation and etc
To carry out any other duties and ad-hoc assignments, as and when required
Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
Manage and run referral bonus programs
Measure employee retention and turnover rates
Off-boarding process
Managing payroll
