Manage the full recruitment lifecycle -- from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding.
Develop and post job descriptions on various job boards and social platforms.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Conduct initial HR interviews and facilitate final rounds.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives.
Payroll & HR Operations
Process monthly payroll accurately and on schedule.
Manage attendance, leave, and timesheet records.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, Gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate with Finance for payroll reconciliations and reports.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
Support annual performance review and appraisal cycles.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and payroll.
Strong knowledge of payroll processes, statutory compliance, and HR best practices.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS/ATS systems.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
