Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
Coordinate and deliver training and development programs to support employee growth and engagement
Assist with performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews
Provide employee support and manage employee relations, addressing any issues or concerns that arise
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR initiatives align with the company's overall strategy and objectives
Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation
What we're looking for
Relevant degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in a HR generalist role, preferably in a customer service or call centre environment
Strong knowledge of labour laws, employment regulations, and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organisation
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters with diplomacy and discretion
Proficient in HR software and database management
A proactive, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to work
