1. Recruitment Implementation: Effectively communicate the hiring department's recruitment plans and requirements, implement recruitment efforts, and organize interviews between candidates and business departments.
2. Employee Change Management (Entry, Transfer, and Departure): Complete entry, transfer, and departure procedures based on employee changes and in accordance with company rules and regulations.
3. Performance Management: Participate in the development of organizational and position performance goals, and follow up on the statistics, evaluation, and confirmation of performance results.
4. Attendance Management: Implement attendance management regulations and follow up on exception handling, assisting business departments in answering employee questions.
5. Payroll Accounting: Calculate all employee salaries on time and accurately in accordance with payroll management and related regulations, and coordinate with Finance to arrange payroll payments.
6. Cultural Event Organization: Responsible for the design and organization of company cultural events, ensuring the high quality of these activities.
Expertise:
1. Familiarity with the professional knowledge and interrelationships of various human resources modules
2. Familiarity with the typical organizational structure and recruitment process in the manufacturing industry
3. Familiarity with Malaysian laws and regulations, including the Labor Law and the Labor Contract Law
4. Familiarity with the payroll process
5. Possess good communication skills and be able to communicate effectively
