:
Manage all document related to HR and admin tasks from drafting documents and form, submission and filing.
Ensure that employee's follow employee handbook and guideline of the firm.
Prepare, handle and manage all events that firm organizes from groundwork until ends.
Creating new HR policies and maintain the existing policies for the firm.
Promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives, offering training programs that support employee development
Assist partner and solicitors when needed.
Manage the building maintenance time to times as when needed.
Coordinate and prepare minute meeting within internal and external parties within the firm.
Liaison with Malaysian Bar Council & Selangor Bar Council etc for firm operation compliance, license application and renewal.
Maintain employer and employee positive relationship.
Coordinate and assist new employee to adjust in new environment.
Managing salaries and pay slip for staff.
Managing attendance staff reports.
Qualifications & Skills:
Diploma and above in Human Resource Management.
Knowledgeable in Human Resource Management, Employment Act, Social Compliance.
Computer literate- ie MS Excel, Word, Power Point and Canva.
Initiative, motivated and committed, able to work independently.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in HR and Administration functions.
Familiar with Kakitangan software.
Excellent process and relationship management.
Effective listener and team collaborator.
Proactive in change management and employee engagement.
