Our head office and warehouse are located in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia, with facilities fully equipped for both refrigerating and freezing. Our organization has grown into a reputable trading and warehousing entity, supplying high-end products worldwide with professional and ethical business conduct. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources Executive. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, managing employee relations, developing and maintaining HR policies and procedures, and managing all other human resources tasks. Some work from home is acceptable. Qualifications HR Management and Human Resources (HR) knowledge and experience Experience in HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies Strong understanding of local labor laws and compliance requirements Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment Experience in the food industry is a plus Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
