Job Description



Execute and duly implement the full spectrum of HR procedures, payroll, recruitment processing and internship training. Managing recruitment processes, including resume screening, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to negotiating offers. Oversee employee relations activities, including onboarding and resignation procedures. Cultivate a positive work culture through event planning and employee engagement initiatives. Updating and maintaining employee records and ensuring all employee files are updated and managed effectively. Preparing and amending where necessary HR correspondences and related documents, i.e., employment contracts, renewal contracts etc. Cross check and verify staff claims and overtime claims. Prepare a report on disciplinary matters and training programme for management's review. Handling general administrative duties in HQ office (e.g., office maintenance, handling incoming mailing/couriers, stationery, printing, office supply, renewal of insurance, applying and renewal for permits, etc.) Manage office and admin-related tasks, including logistics. Manage company email, handle phone calls when necessary. Assist in handling documentation and maintaining the records if necessary. Liaise with external suppliers where applicable (office equipment suppliers, branches etc). Assisting in manage, maintain and ensuring relevant qualification and supporting documents for ISO, company certifications and licenses compliance. Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
