Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in
Human Resource Management
,Business Administration
, or a related any related field. A minimum of2 to 5 years
of relevant working experience in human resources or related fields is highly desirable. Proficient in bothBahasa Malaysia
andEnglish
, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with the capability to interact effectively at all levels of the organization. Knowledge ofMalaysian labour laws
, particularly theEmployment Act 1955
, and best practices in human resource management. Proficient in usingHR management systems (HRMS/HRIS)
andoffice productivity software
, particularlyMicrosoft Office applications
. Demonstrated ability to analyze problems and make strategic decisions.Key Responsibilities
Initiates recruitment activities - screening, shortlist & conduct interview. Coordinate and facilitate
employee onboarding and orientation
programs to ensure smooth integration into the organization. Overseepayroll administration
andemployee benefits
, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and confidentiality. Address and manage matters related toemployee discipline
,grievances
, andperformance management
in accordance with company policies and legal requirements. Ensure all HR practices, procedures, and documentation are infull compliance with the Employment Act 1955
and other applicable labour regulations. Stay updated with recruitment trends, tools, and best practices.Job Type: Full-time
