1. Organize and maintain personnel records
2. Update internal databases (e.g. record sick or maternity leave)
3. Prepare HR documents, like employment contracts and new hire guides
4. Revise company policies
5. Liaise with external partners, like insurance vendors, and ensure legal compliance
6. Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues
7. Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event, company event)
8. Responsible for payroll processing.
9. Do applications and permit renewal of foreign workers.
10. Responsible for recruitment, onboarding & briefing of new staff.
11. Ad Hoc task that related to HR Department
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
