IMMEDIATE VACANCY



JOB SCOPE



1. PAYROLL (SQL PAYROLL) Checking staff attendance, calculating salary, handle payslips and other payroll related matters.

2. Prepare communication with office and production staff. Assist in implementing and monitoring the rules and regulations made for the office and production line.

3. Prepare and issuing letters (warning letter, offer letter, confirmation letter & etc.)

5. Posting Vacancy, arrange and or conducting interview and preparing hiring process.

6. Manage and Handling foreign worker issue i.e insurance, passport, permit, medical check-up.

7. Arrange / conduct training for relevant staff.

8. Take Charge of ISO 9001 - HR department

9. Others Ad-hoc task.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
