Job Description
End-to-End HR Operations:
Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee engagement, and offboarding.Compensation & Benefits:
Administer payroll data, leave management, and employee benefits; liaise with finance and external vendors where necessary.Employee Relations:
Act as a trusted HR partner to employees and line managers, providing advice on HR policies, procedures, and compliance matters.Performance & Development:
Support annual appraisal processes, training coordination, and talent development initiatives.HR Policy & Compliance:
Ensure HR practices are compliant with local labor laws and internal company policies.HR Projects:
Participate in continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and employee experience.Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM6,500.00 - RM8,200.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
Kelana Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
Human resources: 4 years (Preferred)
Work Location: In person
