Job Description
IMMEDIATE VACANCY
JOB SCOPE
1. PAYROLL Related using SQL PAYROLL and TMS for staff attendance checking, calculating salary and other payroll related matters.
2. Posting, Hiring, on-boarding and off-boarding related matters
3. Prepare relevant letters (HR Related)
5. Manage and Handling foreign worker issue i.e insurance, renewal of passport, permit, medical check-up..etc
7. Arrange / conduct training for relevant staff.
8. Take Charge of ISO 9001 - HR department
9. Others Ad-hoc task.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Education:
Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)
Experience:
HR Generalist: 2 years (Required) HR in Manufacturing industry: 2 years (Preferred)
