To assist and support the Human Resources team in daily HR operations, administrative tasks, and people-related initiatives. This position provides hands-on exposure to core HR functions and practical experience in real-world human resource management practices.
Educational Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
Basic understanding of human resource principles and employment practices is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in maintaining and updating employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
Support recruitment activities, including resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate coordination.
Assist in onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and system updates.
Help prepare HR reports, trackers, and basic data analysis (e.g. attendance, leave, training records).
Support payroll preparation by assisting with attendance and employee information verification.
Support compliance with company policies, SOPs, and statutory requirements.
Maintain proper filing and confidentiality of HR documents and records.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team.
Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements & Skills
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential employee information.
