Assist in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening resumes, arranging interviews).
Help maintain and update employee records and databases.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes (preparation of documents, orientation, clearance).
Assist in organizing staff activities, training, and appreciation events.
Help monitor attendance and leave records.
Assist in preparing HR-related reports and letters (confirmation, warning, etc.).
Administrative Support
Handle general office administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry.
Assist in managing office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
Support in preparing documents, reports, and correspondences as required.
Help ensure the office environment is organized and well-maintained.
Other Tasks
Participate in ad-hoc assignments or projects as assigned by the HR/Admin team.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information.
REQUIREMENTS: -
Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented, responsible, and eager to learn.
