Human Resources Intern
Job Description
Support the implementation of talent management projects and programmes and participate in the design of new initiatives. Conduct research and data analysis as required in the design and implementation of talent initiatives.
Manage communication with participants and internal communication with employees about talent programmes. Liaise with talents and internal teams across South East Asia.
Talent Initiatives
1) Conduct research for development of new talent management initiatives, based on identified needs.
2) Coordinate implementation of various talent management events, face to face or virtually including
- Scheduling
- Communication with participants
- Logistics
1) Launch talent assessments as required and communication with talents
Data Analytics
1) Conduct data analysis for reporting or to bring insights to internal stakeholders on talent management
2) Propose ideas to improve data management and communication
