Responsibilities: Assist in filtering of applicant list and update recruitment tracker. Assist in posting of job advertisement in web portal & newspaper. Assist recruitment team in hiring process (prepare on-boarding documentation e.g. offer letter, insurance nomination form etc.) Assist in data analyzing to generate training & recruitment related report. Assist in coordinate in house training programs for all level staff. Assist in conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to formulate the training calendar. Any other duties as assigned by superior or management to you from time to time. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, bachelor\'s degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Psychology or equivalent. Have a great interpersonal and communication skill. Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word. Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, BC, English No work experience required.
