Job Functions: Assist with Onboarding Process in arranging Induction Training, handling paperwork, communicating company policy and act as a rapport support. Assist with Leave management in supporting leave application system, verifying leave application and handling inquiries in leave matters. Assist with Recruitment Process in arranging Interview session, compiling document and updating candidates\' information in Human Resource Information System (HRIS). Assist in planning & participating activities such as Career Fairs, Employee Engagement Initiative Job Requirements: Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Management or Business Administration, or related fields Proactive and Team Player oriented Good Interpersonal and Communication Skills Good Command of English in Writing and Speaking Minimum 3 months of Internship Duration Technologically savvy and computer literate.
