Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.
Maintain and update employee records in HR systems and databases.
Help organize employee engagement activities, training sessions, and events.
Assist with payroll and benefits administration support (if applicable).
Contribute to HR projects such as policy reviews, process improvements, and HR analytics.
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR team.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Highly organized with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
