We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Human Resources Intern to join our HR team. The intern will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, training coordination, and administrative support. This internship provides hands-on experience in HR operations and exposure to workplace policies, employee management, and organizational development.
Job Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Good understanding of HR functions and employment regulations is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
Able to handle confidential information professionally.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team environment.
Job Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees and interns.
Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Assist in organizing training programs, employee engagement activities, and company events.
Prepare HR-related documents such as offer letters, attendance records, and memos.
Support payroll and leave management administration.
Ensure all HR policies and procedures are followed.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned by the HR team.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
