Job Overview



The Human Resources Intern will support the HR Department in daily operations covering recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, data management, and HR administration. This role offers valuable exposure to end-to-end HR processes within an educational and corporate environment.

The intern will assist in implementing HR initiatives, maintaining employee records, and supporting HR projects that enhance organizational culture, compliance, and performance efficiency. This internship is ideal for individuals eager to gain practical experience and develop a strong foundation in Human Resource Management.

Job Responsibilities



Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, screening resumes, interview coordination, and candidate communication. Support the onboarding process by preparing offer letters, employee forms, and orientation materials. Help maintain and update employee personal files, HR databases, and attendance records. Participate in employee engagement initiatives and internal HR events (e.g., staff gatherings, workshops, training sessions). Assist in drafting HR-related letters, memos, and internal communications. Support in preparing HR reports, data analysis, and tracking staff leave or attendance. Assist with compliance-related documentation including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and HRDF submissions. Provide administrative assistance to the HR Manager in policy implementation and staff correspondence. Help ensure confidentiality and accuracy in all HR records and data handling. Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by the HR Manager or Head of Department.

Qualifications



Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field. Strong interest in building a career in Human Resources. Good communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities. Familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Workspace). Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Willingness to learn, proactive attitude, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.

Internship Duration & Allowance



Duration: 3 to 6 months (based on program requirements). Monthly Allowance: As per TYMBA Education Group policy.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
