Your Key Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.
Assist in recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews for Hiring Manager.
Support onboarding processes by preparing documents, collecting forms, and updating employee records.
Support training coordination, including scheduling sessions and tracking attendance.
Help maintain HR files, databases, and documentation. * Work in different departments of the organization to gain practical experience in the course of an academic education as an undergraduate.
