Internship - Human Resources What you will be doing From the day one of your internship, you can expect to apply your knowledge and experience in a real business setting. As an intern, you will be provided not only the on-the job training, but also mentoring and coaching by your supervisors. Finally, an internship with AEON Delight Malaysia will show you what the company that leading to integrated facility management company. Organize all employees personal file documents to keep in sharing folder. Assist to update employee\'s personal data into system. Assist in foreign worker\'s matter. Assist in HR Operations daily tasks. To support any company events/engagement activities. Perform tasks and assignments as assigned by superior. Handle record-keeping and ensure security, integrity, and confidentiality of data. Job Requirement Diploma / Degree student in the relevant field of study. Human Resources student is an advantage. Internship period for 3 months (able to start in September / October 2023). Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word. Good command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Positive attitude with willing to learn mindset. Contract length: 3 months Salary: RM800.00
