We believe in providing innovative and comprehensive human resources solutions to empower businesses. : Hexa Business is currently seeking a motivated and dynamic Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team in Petaling Jaya. This internship is suitable for current students with a keen interest in HR, and it provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a professional setting. Responsibilities: Negotiation with Candidates: Engage in negotiations with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Sourcing on Job Portals: Utilize various job portals and platforms to source potential candidates, ensuring a diverse pool of talent. Report Maintenance: Keep accurate records of recruitment activities and generate reports as required. Prompt Communication: Maintain clear and prompt communication with both employees and candidates, providing updates and information as needed. KPI Fulfillment and Closures: Work towards achieving weekly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contribute to successful candidate placements. Requirements: Current student with a strong interest in Human Resources. Able to work for a duration of 3-6 months. Strong negotiation skills and ability to communicate effectively. Proficient in sourcing candidates through various job portals. Bonus points for students with a strong internet connection and personal devices. Willingness to hybrid, or remotely based on the direct supervisor\'s discretion. Bonus Structure: The successful candidate will be eligible for weekly bonuses based on Key Performance Indicator (KPI) fulfillment and successful closures. Direct Supervisor: Mai Mallette, Assistant Recruitment Lead Class Schedule Consideration: While preference will be given to students with no classes during office hours, we welcome applications from students with university classes one day a week.
