We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Intern to support the Human Resources Department in daily administrative tasks, recruitment processes, staff engagement activities, and HR operations. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn about HR functions in a practical, fast-paced working environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in posting job advertisements on relevant platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist potential candidates.
Schedule interviews and follow-up with candidates.
Support onboarding activities including document collection and orientation preparation.
Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
Help handle attendance tracking and leave management tasks.
Support in preparing HR reports and documentation.
Assist with planning and organizing staff events, training, celebrations, and team-building activities.
