Oversee the full recruitment cycle for internship students, including sourcing, phone screenings, interviews, and onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure recruitment plans align with intern requirements.
Prepare and manage recruitment documentation such as offer letters, NDAs, and other essential forms.
Conduct candidate screening and shortlisting to identify top talent.
Explore and recommend innovative recruitment channels to enhance hiring strategies.
Support talent sourcing and headhunting initiatives for prospective candidates.
Strengthen recruitment efforts by building and maintaining partnerships with universities and colleges for internship programs.
