Assist in posting job advertisements on job portals and social media.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
Coordinate interviews and liaise with candidates via email/WhatsApp.
Assist in preparing interview schedules and assessment forms.
2. HR Administration
Maintain and update employee records and databases.
Assist in preparing HR documents such as offer letters, internship agreements, and onboarding packs.
Support in tracking attendance, leave records, and other HR-related documents.
3. Onboarding & Orientation
Assist in planning and conducting new employee/intern orientations.
Prepare onboarding kits and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
4. Employee Engagement
Support the HR team in organizing company events, staff activities, and employee engagement programs.
Assist in collecting feedback and preparing reports.
5. HR Compliance & Policies
Help ensure HR practices follow company policies and labor regulations.
Assist in filing, documentation, and confidential record keeping.
6. Other Support
Participate in HR meetings and training sessions.
Perform other duties assigned by the HR Manager or Supervisor.
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Organized, responsible, and willing to learn.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
