Company DescriptionEstablished in 1961, Malayan Flour Mills Berhad (MFM) is the pioneer in the flour milling industry in Malaysia. Over the years, MFM has grown to become one of the leading flour millers in Malaysia. Outside of Malaysia, MFM also has presence in the flour milling industry in Vietnam and Indonesia. In Indonesia, MFM is one of the shareholders in PT Bungasari Flour Mills Indonesia, along with Toyota Tsusho Group (Japan) and PT FKS Food and Ingredients (Indonesia).MFM ventured into the poultry feed business in 1983 and since then has expanded considerably across the poultry value chain in breeding, farming and processing, to become one of the leading poultry integrators in Malaysia.In November 2019, MFM commissioned a new state-of-the-art poultry processing plant with a processing capacity of up to 280,000 birds per day. MFM\xe2\x80\x99s group revenues in FY19 were RM2.7 billion.As part of our expansion plans, we are seeking the right talents to be part of our winning team.

• Conduct business requirement gathering to assist HR Business Partners to develop a comprehensive and effective job design, organisation structure and job description.
• Coordinate and manage organisational development programmes (e.g. trainings, corporate social responsibility, townhalls, employee engagement, etc.) for the group to ensure seamless coordination from pre-event until post event.
• Monitor and manage the development of the talent pool that are part of the Employee Development Programme.
• Manage and effectively coordination with learning institutions on partnership programmes for internships and business scholar programme.
• Collaborate amongst the HR community and stakeholders in the group of companies in driving HR projects and organisational initiatives.
• Constantly monitor and provide visibility on measurements that HR function tracks to ensure compliance and progress (e.g. JEF, Training Bond, Government Claims, etc.)
• Identify areas for improvement and make the necessary recommendations to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the workforce as well as the HR Function.

• Candidate must currently pursue Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
• Preferably between 3-6 months internship duration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
