Maintain and update employee files and HR databases.
Ensure all employee records are organized and confidential.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports and documentation.
Learning & Development:
Assist in coordinating training sessions and workshops.
Help prepare training materials and track participation.
Policy & Compliance:
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Performance Management System:
Assist in the administration and tracking of employee performance evaluations.
Support the implementation and monitoring of performance improvement plans.
Maintain records of performance reviews and ensure timely completion of appraisal cycles.
REQUIREMENTS:
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
