Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
Handle full HR functions (recruitment, payroll, leave, employee records) Ensure compliance with Sarawak Labour Law, EPF & SOCSO Coordinate hiring and consult with management on staffing needs Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues Organize training programs and monitor staff development Maintain accurate HR records and support performance reviews
Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management 3-5 years of HR experience Good knowledge of labor laws & HR practices Able to speak
Mandarin
